Exceeds Expectations!

From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine welcome from the front desk staff. Check-in was smooth and efficient.
The room itself was immaculate, spacious, and tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a long day of travel.
I enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning at the hotel’s restaurant. The variety and quality of the food exceeded my expectations, and the service was impeccable.
The location of the Holiday Inn is perfect for both business and leisure travelers.
Every staff member I encountered, especially Steve, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made me feel valued and well taken care of.

Good location for visiting Cheshire Oaks, and the setting was lovely on the canal side.
Staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you.
At breakfast my daughter was given feed so she could feed the swans and ducks on the canal which was a lovely touch.
Breakfast plentiful and tasty. Would definitely visit again.
A lady on reception wrote song lyrics daily for customers to guess the song, which was a nice idea and fun to do. The lyrics on checking out were from Bitter Sweet Symphony- by The Verve

Brilliant hotel and location!!
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HotelsGreat hotel and location! The service was brilliant from all the staff but especially the lady in the leisure center, who kindly let my kids us the pool even after I had forgot to pre-book a time slot.
The breakfast was great with loads for choices ranging from full English, cereals, pastries, yougherts and pancakes which were freshly made. Would highly recommend and stay again in the future if were ever in the area.
