Publié le 15 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayAbsolutely fantastic rental property! Pre-wedding gathering for six guys looking to just get together before the big day. House is clean, updated, and well-stocked. Fifteen minute walk from downtown Ellicottville. Not too far, but far enough for quiet and privacy. Great communication and easy checkin/checkout.

Only item we would recommend you check is refrig - freezer.
- seemed it would not hold items at proper cold temp- specifically freezer and seemed ice/water dispensor leaked a bit. Difficult to fully eval with our short stay.

Robert - so sorry to hear that you had issues with the refrig/freezer. We called in an appliance repair team and they said there is nothing they could find wrong with it. You are the first guest to identify such an issue. Never the less thanks for bringing this to our attention and sorry that this resulted in you downgrading us in the review.

The best ever!
Publié le 20 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was a 5 star Vrbo!!! Would give it a 10 if I could! The home was tastefully decorated and supplied with all of our needs plus more! Our beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms well-stocked, and the perfect setting near town. If we return to Ellicottville, we will book this home again! Loved it!

Publié le 28 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayVery impressed with the house and location. Quick walk to the heart of ellicotville! Property has a great hosting kitchen island and was equipped with a grill/fire pit. Hosting friends and family was a breeze. Highly recommend!
