Hill Haus Ellicottville Chalet and Barrel Sauna!

Hill Haus is a modern chalet with floor-to-ceiling windows, gas fireplace, & gourmet kitchen. Relax on the large patio or in the barrel sauna overlooking 5 acres with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and nature. Only 3 miles to the village. Our chalet is perfect for multiple families/couples and large groups. AWD needed in the winter months. 25 min renter age required.

HIll Haus is privately situated on 5 acres just on the 2.5 billes to the village. The driveway is plowed on a regular basis, however, it does have an incline so AWD with good snow tires is required during snowy months.
Ellicottville offers great bars, amazing restaurants, quaint shops, festivals, and live music. You may also be interested in ax throwing at the Ratchet Hatchet EVL or tackle the ropes course or mountain coaster at Sky High Adventure Park . There are many hiking and mountain biking trails close by, as well as golf courses in the surrounding area. Grab a day pass and swim, play and socialize at the Holiday Valley resort. During any season, Ellicottville has you covered!

Guest will have access to the whole house and are the only ones on the entire property. We have locked 1 closet in the basement and 1 cabinet in the kitchen for personal belongings.

Welcome! Hill Haus offers an open concept with plenty of room to spread out. Cathedral ceilings, exposed beams, and tasteful decor greet you as you take in the the majestic views. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal complete with a Keurig and K-cups. A Weber gas grill is yours to use as well.
The 3 bedrooms have luxurious king-size beds and the open bunkroom downstairs has 2 bunk beds and 2 recliners. A spiral staircase leads up to the loft space which includes 2 twin beds, a twin daybed with trundle twin mattress , convertible chair mattress, and a TV with Roku. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and washer/dryer and the other with a tub/shower combo.
Take in beautiful, panoramic views from the large deck.
In the basement, you will find 10ft ceilings, video games, ping pong and foosball tables and a TV which leads out to a lower deck. Stargaze at our built-in firepit with Adirondack chairs. Sled down our hill in the winter or take a hike out back in the warmer months! During the winter months, an AWD is required.
