Family Fun

There were plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds, a pool table, spacious living areas and gorgeous views from the back and front of house. Outside there was a swing, hot tub, firepit, water to play in and rocks to climb on for fun. We will never forget the fun we had at this beautiful and amazing house.

4th of July Family Fun
Publié le 6 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our second visit to “A River Runs Through It”. This place is a gem for anyone looking to enjoy fishing in the creek on property. Our kids loved tubing right in front of the house. The peaceful surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and outdoor activities.
The property was immaculately clean and incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for our group to spread out and feel comfortable. The hosts clearly take great care in maintaining the place, ensuring that every detail contributes to a wonderful stay.
We had a great time tubing at Cartecay River Experience about 15 minutes from the house. Quick trips to downtown Ellijay and Blue Ridge were lots of fun.
We can’t wait to come back again!!! Highly recommended!

One of a kind !

Absolutely Beautiful Pictures cannot describe
Publié le 2 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house and property are one of a kind. When you turn the corner and head up the drive you are just blown away. The kids loved floating and playing in the creek. The fireflies provided a nightly show that blended from high in the trees to the beautiful stars in the sky. Accurately described and owners have great communication. The house seemed to have everything we needed. Perfect location.

Best creek ever!!!

The house was hot during the day and when I set the thermostat to 69 they ( all of them) would go back up to 71. I like it cool so we weren’t happy with that. The stay was made great by having the creek on site. Also on the drive to the house I received an email/ contact I had to fill out. Didn’t care for that either. Ivy not had to do that before with VRBO . Thank you

Hi Lisa, I'm really glad you guys enjoyed the creek and I'm very sorry to hear the thermostats were acting weird. If I had known there was an issue, I can promise you it would have been solved immediately! My HVAC's were serviced in July and they were all working properly. If I had known there was a problem with the thermostats, I would have made a service call to get my contractor up there asap, so I am sorry about that! I called the house three separate times, as I do this will all of my guests, to be sure to answer any questions after checking in. But I was never able to reach you. And in regards to the form you filled out, it was my rental agreement that I emailed to you a week prior to your stay and I reminded you about it the day before your arrival to be sure and sign it electronically. I figured it probably went into your spam folder and you just didn't see it. Thanks again for staying with us!
