Worst experience ever

1sr we got in very late so we called to find out where the gare code was located. It was pitch black and no lighting. The person on the other end was super rude. Told me had i been there at 4pm like i was supposed to i wouldn't have this problem, what? Then we finally find it and get t9 the property of which the driveway was washed completely out. Thankfully we had a 4x4. Then the unlock code wouldn't work at all so we called again. They then gave us a code for a lock box located on the wall. Then the door lock was broken an d didn't want to work. Took me 15 minutes at 1am to finally get in. Now the floors are warped and buckled and the property is leaning! Yes leaning! The property wast equipped properly at all in comparison to properties we have styed in the past. We always using this type for our cactiins or stays. Never a hotel. The beds were the most uncomfortable ever. Owe yeah forget trying to get down to the lake. The deck is cover in slime and mold and completely overgrown with bushes and trees. The property has giant crack in it from it leaning. Looks like the tried to cover it all up with 1/2 inch thick sheetrock mud caked up on those areas. Oh yeah back to the broken lock, they were getting fixed uh no. Also the pool we couldn't use it became they didn't have us an access key to the pool. At the end this property is loaded with junk fees that more than double the "nightly" rate. No adjustments were made to our stay for the many inconveniences and frustrations

Dirty and old/smelly

This place was dirty and dated. The outdoor space was nice. The place had bed bugs as well so do not recommend this place! We got out of there quickly.

Needs help!

House had only one half of roll of toilet paper when we arrived. There was very little water pressure and no hot water. If you turned the washing machine on the water in the rest of the house quit working. Downstairs TV did not work. Property needs landscaping and a new set of stairs going to the pond.

Loved the private lake

This is a townhouse with just a few units sharing a private lake. Maybe grandson was thrilled to catch some small bass. My son in law caught a good size catfish. All went back in the lake. My only complaint is that the stairs going to to upstairs bedrooms have small treads. We had to take care not to slip going down.

Filthy. Pictures deseiving

House had bad smell. Carpet, cabinets with utencils dirty, all the towels and bedsheets had stains, hairs, the beds and dirt. The fans and vents had lots dust. Stairs are missing some railing making it very dangerous. The carpet and fans from screen porch also filthy. Not happy at all
