Secluded getaway
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed the location and cabin very much. Loved the back porch with the view. Would suggest cleaning up the walkway down to the water along with the dock as it is a little tricky to access. But overall it is a beautiful spot hidden away in the trees.

Fantastic Location and Great Cabin
Publié le 2 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location of this cabin is the best we've ever stayed at. If you're looking to explore the whole area and not just one town, then this location can't really be beat. It's right in the middle of Blue Ridge, Ellijay, Blairsville and McCaysville. It's around a 20 min drive to the downtown areas of each give or take a few minutes.
The cabin itself is great as well. It's an easy drive with no treacherous roads (we had a non 4-wheel drive SUV). The lake is beautiful and the views are really nice. The only downside to the property is that if someone staying there has mobility issues it may be difficult to get down to the dock, but that's a lot of properties in the area. The balcony and rest of the house is readily accessible with just as nice of a view.
We definitely plan on staying here next year when we make our annual trip up to north GA.

Quiet retreat
Publié le 16 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayQuiet and tranquil retreat, if you need to reset and just forget about everything this is the place for you. The only recommendation I would give is for the property manager to clean the dock area and figure out a way to make the stairs a little less steep.

Ellijay getaway
Publié le 29 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was clean and comfortable. Loved the tucked away location, only 7 miles from town. Great water pressure in the shower and a very comfy bed! All I can add is that the stairs down to the lake are steep and one stretch does not have a handrail and it would be awesome if the owner would add a swing on the porch.
