Wonderful Cabin
Publié le 16 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had the best time. It was 3 couples and we each had our own floor. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room. Only downside was the living room not having a TV and not much seating. We loved the deck on the main level and enjoyed the fireplace on a cool night. We set up a laptop and watched football... it was pretty perfect.
The driveway was very tricky when we arrived and we didn't realize there was a turnaround at the end of the road until the next day.
It was a beautiful cabin and we will be back!

Nice house for adults
Publié le 5 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThis is a pretty and new house. Not the most comfortable furniture, but we weren't there much. Definitely a place for adults only. No place for kids to play, inside or out. Well-equipped kitchen, all the gadgets you need. Downstairs is private for guests, although it's the only place to watch TV without being in a bedroom. For safety I would have liked to have seen a lock on the door to downstairs, since there are two exterior french doors down there. It's the last house on the street, so it was quiet and felt secluded, even though there is a house directly next door (no one there while we were there). The river was peaceful but there's no outdoor space to gather near the river. Also, not sure why the owner chose light-colored canvas furniture for the deck downstairs; it had bird droppings all over it. I would move away from cream colored bedspreads too. I'll leave it at that. I worked there all week; it was a good separate workspace. Overall a nice stay.
