Beautiful cabin!
We had a wonderful time at the cabin. It was a beautiful place and very clean. The only reason for the 4/5 on location was how narrow the space was to turn around in the driveway. We did ok because we had our 4 Runner. We normally travel in a larger van and would have struggled in that space. We otherwise have nothing negative to say about the wonderful stay!!

The property is lovely! There are issues with the the property and or cleaning service! One of those contacted me on my way to the airport to accuse me of 2 issues…embers in the fireplace that were properly sealed off and a hot tub water issue due to a improper valve location on the the rear where the cover is placed on.

Beautiful view and great location
Wonderful place to unwind , close to Blue Ridge and Ellijay. As the listing recommends, an all wheel drive is suggested, I do suggest getting there in daylight, because of the twists and turns, but that is part of the charm othis place.

Southern Comfort
The property is definitely in the country! Beautiful cabin. Everything worked well, hot tub, grill, and appliances. Lots of firewood, had a fire every night. Hot tub was a huge plus. Watched deer come down the ridge everyday. To get to the river was a lot of steps, not for children or elderly. Really enjoyed listening to the running water. It was so relaxing and perfect distance to Ellijay and Blue Ridge activities.

Needs a generator - unreliable electricity
The cabin is comfortable and clean. We loved the location on the river. Unfortunately, during our 1 week stay we lost electricity 3 times. Twice these were long outages that seriously impacted our ability to enjoy our vacation. Every time, we noticed that all the surrounding cabins had generators that immediately turned on. The “liaison” was informed the second two times. She told us the 3rd time that the owner had spoken to Evolve and we would be receiving a refund of some amount. This never happened, and there is no way to contact anyone except the “liaison”. I would not stay here again unless the owners added a generator, as the electricity is unreliable. I would not stay at another Evolve property due to lack of good communication. It’s unfortunate, because I would have given this place 5 stars if they had just been honest.

Anniversary Weekend
This cabin is gorgeous! The view of the river is fabulous. The stairs down to the river make it easy to get up close. The house and extensive porches and stairways are well-maintained. The interior of the house is beautiful with wood everywhere. The hot tub was great after hiking. I would highly recommend this deluxe cabin. I gave 4 stars for check-in and property manager because our access code did not work and after a long drive (and needing to use a restroom) it was a bit frustrating. I could not reach the Evolve contact via text or phone. However, I called the main Evolve contact number and somehow that representative was able to reach the property owner who spoke to me via the security video camera outside the home and gave me an access code that worked. Shortly thereafter, the Evolve property contact person reached out to apologize because she was in a "dead zone". So the entry was only delayed about 20 minutes, and was quickly forgotten in the amazing home.

Loved the hot tub and screened porch. Nice thick bath towels, soft sheets & extra towels for the hot tub. Laundry pods, dishwasher pods, dish soap, extra toilet paper & paper towels were provided. Not all places we've rented before have this. Very pretty view & peaceful setting. Loved the bear theme & the fact that the owners are Believers. Contact was quick to reply. Only slight negative: Could have used more than 1 dish rag & towel. Long gravel road to get in so get your GPS map up while you have internet.

Little Gem
We enjoyed our stay at the wonderfully maintained property just north of Elijay. The cabin is spacious and clean and the views of the river are spectacular especially from the upper deck. The owners are very easy to work with and communicative. It’s a great location with easy access to both downtown Elijay and downtown Blue Ridge. If we are ever back in the area, we will be back.

The pictures do not do this place justice. Must see it in person to enjoy the majesty and serenity of this cabin and the Ellijay River. Very convenient to wineries, antique shopping, and food. We thoroughly enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit, sitting on the dock at the river, and the wood fireplace in the cabin. Best sleep ever. Thank You.

We spend a lot of time traveling, but this was a first to this particular area. What a lovely experience from start to finish. First, the cabin was very clean upon arrival and we had good communication with owner who ensured we could find the cabin which is off the beaten path (this is a good thing). However, you’re not very far from basic needs for groceries etc. The dock on the river is fantastic place to just listen to the sounds of nature. The tree top cabin was also a great base camp for exploring the areas National Forests and many hiking trails. The Hot Tub was clean and amazing - The fireplace mesmerizing and romantic. We always have a mixed bag with bed experiences on VRBO rentals. Not so in this instance! This was a home run for me and the wife! We Loved our stay and plan to return.

We absolutely loved staying at your Tree Top cabin!! It is very spacious and very clean. By far the best cabin we have ever rented. We stayed while Hurricane Fred was coming through. The day of Fred we stayed at the cabin all day and never got bored or ran out of things to do. We loved listening to the river an watching it rise from the screened in porch. The game room also came in handy that day. My husband and I shot pool many times during Fred, and guess what, I won the most games! Lol!! The jacuzzi is a life saver after a day of running up and down the stairs to the river. So soothing to those sore muscles that haven’t been used in a long time. If I could give this cabin 10 stars I definitely would!!! Loved the out of the way location and the peace and quiet!! Great for honeymooners or families!! Would recommend this cabin to anyone.
