A little slice of heaven
Publié le 18 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWhat a perfect little getaway to Maine. Donna and Dave are the most welcoming hosts. You will feel at home staying here. They have a comfy bed, kayaks to use, hot tub and a bbq. The lake is beautiful and we got to see our very own sunrise from it. It’s about 45 minutes to Acadia but an easy straight ride and local for all that you need. We will come again. Great place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle. Thank you again Donna and Dave.

Amazing Property! But read all details first!!!
Publié le 7 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was astounding, and my friend and I enjoyed staying there very much. The access to the dock was amazing, the space was comfortable, and the access to the hot tub and grill were great too. If you book this place, just be aware that there is NOT A KITCHEN! We did not realize this before arriving, and had a bunch of groceries that couldn't be stored. It is also on the owner's property, so they will be there. Overall, and amazing stay!

Not a full kitchen, for sure, but the studio does have a small fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and so on for light meal prep. Sorry you were disappointed in that, Amanda. You're right, it's so important to read all the details.

Publié le 10 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayI just wanted a quiet, private time with my wife and that is exactly what I Got. The views from this property are so beautiful. We truly enjoyed our stay here. There is something magical about the mountains, the lake, and the green trees cover with snow. 🙂🙂🙂

A real gem
Publié le 22 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayEverything about this place was wonderful. Donna and Dave warmly greeted us when we arrived and made us feel so welcome. This was our first trip to Maine and Donna gave us information to help us plan our trip in advance, being very responsive to emails and texts. The property is beautiful and serene. You’ll have a view of the lake from your room. Donna and Dave were very gracious to allow us to walk on their dock, use their kayaks, and use their hot tub! The apartment itself was very nicely set up, and Donna has stocked it with everything you might need. it’s obvious she pays close attention to detail and wants to ensure her guests enjoy their stay. Wherever I go and whatever room I book, I would be fortunate to find places as lovely and hosts as gracious. I would come back to this place over and over if in this part of Maine again.

Nice little relaxing place

The paradise in Miniatur
Publié le 7 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwaySimply a dream. Hosts are wonderfull. The cabin has every think you need. It's a peaceful place for evryone who likes the nature. A tour on the sea with the canoe is definitely a must.

The hosts went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Nice to use the hot tub after hiking all day. Easy lake access for paddling.
