There was a terrible humidity smell in our room, as well as a very high level of humidity. We fell that our linnens were wet. In addition, it happened many times that there was a horrible odor of pot when exiting the hotel by a secondary entrance close to our room. No idea if it was from employees or clients but still, extremely unpleasant.

The room was clean as far as beds and bathroom, but the carpet smelled of dog feces. I understand guest with pets get put in wing C to protect other guest, but if a room has been terribly soiled by a dog then it should be thoroughly cleaned or not used. Also, we were expected to park on the darkest side of the building to be near our room. The neighborhood is very scary. We couldn’t wait to leave as quickly as possible.

the AC wasn't working right, the satellite kept going out repeatedly..but other than that everything was ok

The card scanner to enter hotel seldom worked, had to get multiple copies. Room door does not properly close without slamming. Room A/C made loud clinking noises during cooling cycle. Bed is very firm. No free breakfast. Outside pool appears to have been closed for years, and no general maintenance performed. Hotel is not in a desirable location/neighborhood.

Front desk staff never made eye contact. Spoke to the computer, had to ask to repeat. Desk sent cleaning staff to room while I was still there. Room smelled like mildew

Convenient location for our travels. In house restaurant was good and fairly priced.
