Horrible customer service all around
Publié le 9 août 2024 sur HotelsI never even got to stay there I was told they did not have my reservation nor did they have a room available. But my money sure was taken! Which I’m confused about because how did it get processed when I NEVER got to even check in!!! I literally had to drive over a hour more to even find a place to stay. So horrible exp with the hotel as well as hotels. Com and nobody can seem to help me with this!!

What I appreciate the most about this property is that they have a small store in the lobby, which has just about everything you probably forgot to bring with you. Toiletries, assorted sodas&water, even chips are available for purchase. And after my travel, I needed a pick-me-up(a Pepsi&some Pringles). What I didn’t appreciate was the bathroom could use a little updating. 8 out of 10.

someone else's key card worked in my room. went to management and they told me "they arent responsible for what happens after the card is handed off." didnt offer a refund and them and police dismissed us.
