My two night stay was excellent. The staff made it a great vacation. I needed to know how to find the ATV trails and they went beyond expectations by telephoning the DNR to get me to my destination

We loved our stay - clean and extremely comfortable beds! We already booked our next stay for October. The air conditioner was on its lowest setting but didn’t cool the room much so it was a bit warm. We also had a broken blind and had to request a sheet to cover the window because of the light but they brought it up immediately so the customer service was amazing. Overall it was a great stay!!

Average Place to Stay
Publié le 30 août 2024 sur HotelsThis facility was a self check in/departure. Staff was only on duty a few hours a day to check in and given an email with instructions for after those hours. No ice machine available. No breakfast or rolls available. The coffee shop in town (only one I saw) was closed on Sunday. The hot tub jets didn't appear to work, so, to my dismay, I only had a nice hot bath. No one on duty to ask.

Thanks for this valuable feedback! We try to make sure that staff are easy to reach at all hours, as there is always someone on site, but it sounds like we have room for improvement in communicating that. Again, thank you for sharing your thoughts and for choosing the Adventure!
