The property both inside and out is above all expectations. The Staff is very friendly, greeting guests, answering all questions and accommodating all needs. The restaurant has the best foods of your liking at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this facility for your convenience and make sure you visit the Railroad museum for a very interesting history of the surrounding area.

We liked the pet wing and the comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Quiet. Our fajita salads we ordered from the restaurant were not good. They consisted of lettuce, carrots, cucumbers and tough chunks of chicken (nothing even resembling fajitas). The complimentary beer was good and cold though. Easy check in and out.

The property is older and gets a decent amount of use, but it appears well managed and maintained. It is clean and the staff is friendly. When in Ely, it’s hard to imagine a more fair deal.

Glad we stopped!
Pleasantly surprised with the rooms the pool and hot tub and the character of the place. You can tell the staff and owners care about this place, we will stay again on our next trip through.

Pleasantly surprised. We travel with a service dog and the room was clean, large, and included nice touches for the dog that included a dog bowl, treats, dog bed, and a poop bag. There was no carpet (had 2 rugs) which we loved. And we loved the decor. The front desk staff were friendly. Would stay again.

Charming would stay again for sure!!!
Loved this hotel casino. Amazingly dog friendly and okay for kids also. I would describe as a charming dive bar casino that is so quaint and cute and just makes you feel like your back in time. Rooms clean beds comfortable. Our family had a wonderful time. Restaurant has great food which is good Cain’s there is not much else around this town.
