In general my experience was quite not the happy

Publié le 8 avr. 2018 sur HotelsVery unsatisfied, the advertisement online is not what we received, the staff member was very lost and took a long time to get us booked in, the website stated a shower which we did not have, only a bath with zero hotwater, the website also stated television, which is a complete joke as there was a TV with no picture of any kind... very disappointed as the website and all its content was fake!

The rooms were not as they appeared online on the website when we booked. The rooms were stuffy and smelly. Even the rooms we moved too were a bit uncomfortable especially the beds plus we had to pay extra due to the confusion that happened whilst booking. I suggest that real photos of rooms be uploaded so when a person books they get a sense of how the rooms look like.
