C'était juste exceptionnel l'accueil le service le personnel ...le cadre etait merveilleux les plages sont à couper le souffle.

それぞれの施設のトイレも非常に綺麗で、スタッフもスタッフ親切フレンドリーでとても良かったです。
毎朝ヨガやって朝食食べて、プールでノリノリアクアビクス、全てが最高でした😃
絶対にまたここで宿泊したい!!

The staff is friendly, how ever check in process was too long, we did upgrade to all inclusive and they didn’t have it in the reservation, they had to check with reservations department which took another waiting time, we were celebrating a wedding anniversary and they said they have complimentary room decoration and a cake but the decoration didn’t happen either.
Buggy service is not frequently and if it’s raining and you ask them to pick you up on their way they won’t stop.
Beach area is beautiful and food quality is great.

総合的に全てとても良かったのだか、
バギーを頼んだ際の配車が遅い。
チェックアウトの時に船が出る時間の近くまで待たされた事が本当に残念な印象になった。
