Need to enforce 10 m smoking rule

Staff were great but property in need of TLC. Had issues with other guests smoking out side room. Due to door gaps smell pervaded room. I thought there was a law that said you couldn’t smoke within a 10 m of a building entrance??

You can hear all the plumbing going through the walls and the Air Conditioning is almost non existent

room show clear signs of wear and tear. in shower show curtain too short to cover opening, hot tap as cold and cold tap was hot, plastic vent on roof was disintegrating. main room, no plug for sink. power point at bed level. aircon very low on the wall and noisy. plates not clear.

Appeared to be busy, car parking was available at my room. Also it was so quiet especially in the morning as no noise woke me as people left earlier than I needed to. Would stay again. 🙂🙂🙂🙂
