Reception was unattended. Room was dirty, rubbish not cleaned from previous guest. Air Conditioning/heater did not work.

It was good for a last minute booking, so I wasn’t very picky. It was just little things: 1) TV wouldn’t work, 2) light flickering in the room.

I don’t like giving bad reviews but we stayed in a family room for 1 night. Unfortunately, our sheets had not been changed. When putting the kids to bed, we pulled back the sheets to discover hairs throughout the bedding. We checked the other bed and it too had hairs. We told management and they did come and change the sheets but it didn’t leave a very nice feeling knowing our beds weren’t clean.

Full of drunken coal mine workers noisy all night loud early morning no parking available. It is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at
