The kitchen is beautiful with all the equipment needed for special family meals. The dogs loved the fensed back yard and hang out area. The hot tub was a hit, it is in a screened in pourch, so the kids enjoyed warming up after a rain storm caught them on the beach.they also enjoyed the game room - staying up late without disturbing us.

A Slice of Heaven

The place is walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants! We really enjoyed the walk ability of the location.The game room was great for the evenings with plenty of entertainment options!Truly felt like a home away from home! Can’t wait for our next stay in Emerald Isle!

Quiet Beach Home
Publié le 20 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved the house and especially the fenced in backyard for our dog, as well as the fire pit and the screened in porch with the hot tub. There was plenty of space for all 5 of us. The only downer was that the public beach access was closed because of repairs, so we had to drive to the pier in order for us to enjoy a day at the beach. Very clean and beautiful place to stay in Emerald Isle.

Lovely house near the beach

We loved having access to the hot tub and enjoyed sitting out on the deck at night. The owner is courteous and responsive. I would recommend staying here if you want a family-oriented trip to Emerald Isle.

A perfect home away from home

Loved the location - everything is so conveniently close by and yet we weren't in the middle of it all. Everything in the home is so well thought out, including the entire layout, and extremely clean. I especially loved the bathroom ensuite! The screened in hot tub and outdoor gas fire pit made it even more special. The kids loved the game room and got to hone in on their pool table skills! The beach is a hop, skip, jump away and lovely! Our doggie also felt safe and was so happy. We loved our stay there and could not have chosen a more perfect home away from home.

Publié le 17 août 2024 sur HomeAwayTruly the best stay at CasaVerde! We traveled with a group of 8 and had the best week. This was by far the cleanest rental property I’ve ever stayed in. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and very centrally located. Would also recommend renting a shibumi shade from sharisshade if you visit it was a lifesaver! 10/10 stay. We would definitely go back!☀️

Wonderful 1st visit to Emerald Isle

Emerald Isle
Publié le 9 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayRecently stayed at Casa Verde and it was great. The home was well suited for me, my wife, my two kids and their friends, and my two dogs. The home sits at the end of a quiet culdesac and the 5 minute walk to the beach access is easy. Casa Verde is close to everything you might need and the property manager is very responsive. Overall, I thought the place was great and would recommend staying.
