Entering through the front door to the condo, guests will enter into a foyer area, ascend the stairs to the second level and enter into the beautifully designed custom kitchen, fully equipped for cooking and baking. Our kitchen features features brand new stainless steel appliances, bright white custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and 4 bar stools positioned around the kitchen island for indoor dining. Step onto the east side facing balcony just off the kitchen and relax or enjoy a book in either of two designer Zuri teal and white egg chairs. Adjacent to the kitchen is the family room with an open-style floor plan featuring a comfortable, coastal green sectional sofa and 65” TCL Roku Smart TV. Additional dining accommodations for up to 8 people can be found at the gray-washed eucalyptus outdoor table, just beyond the sliding glass door on the balcony and overlooking the pool. Take the stairs from the family room up to the third level where you will enter into the main hallway off which a full bath with tiled tub/shower and each of the following three bedrooms are located:
1) Kids Bunk Room - features a twin-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle, 43” TCL Roku Smart TV, and a full-size, custom-made 2-player Arcade Cabinet with over 16,000 games (including Classic Arcade, Atari, Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, Sega, Dreamcast, and Playstation games)
2) Guest King Bedroom – features a cream white and grey king bed set with a 6-drawer dresser, two nightstands, 43” TCL Roku Smart TV, USB port tower and wireless alarm clock charger for charging smart devices.
3) Master King Bedroom – features a king bed set with a 5-drawer chest, two nightstands with built-in USB chargers, 40” TCL Roku Smart TV, a wireless alarm clock charger, an ensuite tiled bathroom with sliding barn door, walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, and a private balcony with a Rattan bistro set with two chairs.

At 1400 square feet, some of the additional benefits of staying at our condo include access to high-speed WiFi (up to 200 Mbps), Spectrum cable streaming in all rooms, assigned parking in a gated community, one outdoor security camera for additional safety, and access to a full-size washer/dryer in the condo.

When you are in the mood for some good old-fashioned entertainment after a long day at the beach, head over to Salty Pirate Waterpark or Fun World Motosports just a short walk from the condo. Also within walking distance is the famed seafood restaurant Gaffers. Rent a golf cart during your stay with onsite delivery and navigate the backroads to any of Emerald’s Isle’s shops and restaurants. Or take a walk or bike along the Emerald Pathway, an 11-mile path that runs through Emerald Isle from Indian Beach to The Point at Bogue Inlet. Take a 5-minute drive across the bridge to Cape Carteret where you’ll find Mac Daddy’s, the region’s premier entertainment center with bowling, mini-golf, indoor arcade, and outdoor Sky Trail. Another 10 minutes down the road is Swansboro, a quaint, historic town on the water with lots of options for shopping and specialty restaurants.

At Village West, you will have the unique opportunity to enjoy contemporary coastal living matched with the best satisfying convenience of taking in locally-owned boutiques and restaurants right outside your doorstep. A newly constructed community pool and outdoor pavilion with picnic tables marks the center of the neighborhood and there is a community boardwalk that leads to public beach access with lifeguards on duty during the summer months. Awake in the morning to enjoy your cup of coffee on any of the 3 condo’s balconies while breathing in the fresh morning sea breezes!
Guest booking reservation must be at least 23 years old- ID will be verified prior to code being given to condo. Property is not pet friendly. The property is appropriate for 4 children and 4 adults only.

Everything was amazing!
My family (husband and kids ages 5, 7, & 12) and I stayed in this condo for a week. Check in process was very easy, the condo was super clean, and it had everything that we needed. Location was fantastic! It was only about a 4-5 minute walk to the beach as well as super close to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, etc. Highly recommend this condo, we are already planning our next visit!

Relaxing getaway
We had a fantastic visit. The condo is in a great location, an easy walk to the beach in one direction and to two supermarkets and several restaurants in the other. It’s so pretty inside - everything is beach themed, and the hosts thought of everything that one may need while there. The balconies were perfect for coffee while watching the sunrise, or for a simple lunch. We had a couple of questions for the host, and they responded within a matter of minutes. We will certainly stay here again if we return to the area.

As Good As It Gets!
This new townhome was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. Josh and Cara have thought of everything! We have always stayed oceanfront or oceanview, but this unit was no problem, as it was an easy walk to the beach access. The location is also perfect for biking, putt-putt, or a quick trip to the store. This rental is sure to please.

Great stay!
We enjoyed our trip to EI. The owners were great to work with and provided everything we needed. They also provided extra linens, towels and dish towels. It was chilly and the extra blankets came in handy. The beds were very comfy! The reason we picked this condo was the 2 king beds. Great accommodations but be ready for the steps! Will stay again!

Everything was new and clean and as described/shown online. Condo decorated perfectly for the beach. The kids (teens) enjoyed the convenience of the pool and first level shops. Great place with a great location!
This condo is lovely. It is new and clean. Be prepared for lots of stairs though! We loved the location in proximity to the beach! The beach had a nice access and bathrooms/showers. It was so nice to have a beach cart and chairs to use. Josh and Cara were always a text away for any questions. The door locks were a bit tricky but we quickly learned how to make them work. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing! The pool was right outside which made it nice to take a quick dip. It was nice to having parking readily available too. These condos are definitely in a great location to everything. Stores are close by. The pizza shop below was great. We were a bit disappointed in the area restaurants but you have plenty of options off island that were great! Be sure to check out the local ice cream shops that were amazing! Overall we had a great stay! Highly recommend!

Perfect stay for a relaxing vacation
This house is beautiful! It is exactly as described. We loved the convenience of the pool as well as the adorable shops below. On Friday night there was a man singing with his guitar right below the front deck off of the kitchen. Adult slushies, pizza, coffee and candy shops were daily stops for us. The proximity to the beach was ideal. The public beach entrance offered clean bathrooms, vending machines and outdoor showers to rinse off. It was helpful that the house offers a beach chair and some beach toys as well as bed linens and bath towels. This saved a ton of room in our car. The bedroom with the game system was adorable and needed for the rainy nights. Our only complaint would be that the water pressure was very low and so dishes and showers took a while. Communication with the owners was easy and fast. Emerald Isle is beautiful but small. We rented a gas-run golf cart and had a ton of fun just driving around looking at the different houses. Restaurant options were limited and unfortunately all we did try were quite disappointing. Overall, the house is perfect; modern, clean and convenient. Highly recommend for a laid back vacation.

Awesome amenities and location
The property was definitely spacious and had everything we needed. The multiple balconies, and especially the eggs chairs, were my favorite part. Short walk from the beach, several shops or restaurants within walking distance as well. Having the shops on the first floor are a pretty cool bonus as well. Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous location!
This condo is new, clean and in a gorgeous location. Public access to the beach is right off the property. Plenty of restaurants/grocery store/other amenities nearby. Josh and Cara were attentive hosts making sure we had what we needed. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!
