Tortuga Oceanside Villa with Beautiful Beach and Sunset Views in Emerald Isle

Third floor condo villa with amazing views off a private balcony with table and chairs. Well-maintained and loved cozy vacation space with recent upgrades to both bathrooms and the main living room. Turtle-theme carries through the living room, bathrooms, and even the kitchen. Each bedroom has a smart TV as does the living room. Primary bedroom has king sized bed, private bathroom, and beautiful views. Secondary bedroom has a twin bed and twin bunk bed, and direct access to the tubbed-bathroom. Condo building is second to the beach with easy access via boardwalk or ramp. Each access point has a shower/rinse station. Roughly 1 mile to the Point. Paved path outside of complex that goes for miles along Coast Guard Rd and 58 and is great for long walks, runs, or biking. Close to shopping and restaurants including Gaffer's and the Village ice cream shop (which should be visited just for the amazing smell!) Condo complex has five smaller buildings - it is a quiet and peaceful, gated community. There is also kayak storage, bike racks, a basketball court, and a tennis/pickleball court. Property is professionally maintained and landscaped and you will likely spot our local deer, bunnies, and freshwater turtles. Villa also overlooks one of two property pools. Two paved parking spots (any available in lot). Building does not have an elevator (the view is worth it- especially when the dolphins are jumping!)

Excellent rental!
We came out to have a farewell dinner with my Marine stationed in Cherry Point. The area was beautiful, the beach was easily accessible, and the unit was perfect for our group. It had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive.

We had a lovely stay. The beach is wide as near the point with well maintained grounds. Pool and pickleball on site was a bonus. Location super convenient to shopping and dining. The host was very accommodating when we had travel issues. Will definitely book here again.

Perfect location
The location and neighborhood was perfect! Close enough for a short drive (could also bike) to the grocery store, restaurants and activities, yet set away from tourist attractions and crowds. Extremely family friendly area including the condo which had space for mom and dad, 12 year old and 4 year old (playtime and asleep time). The condo had everything we needed all week long. Getting onto the beach was super easy and the beach was huge! Never felt crowded. Amy was amazing throughout our stay with quick responses to all our inquiries and updates regarding Hurricane Debby. This was a wonderful family vacation at a location we look forward to going back to again!

I won’t be back
I have rented many beach rentals and I am HIGHLY disappointed with my stay at this one. First let’s start with common courtesy I inquired at 330 if we could go ahead and check in then she said the room was done early today but didn’t offer us if we wanted to go in early. If I didn’t inquire then I wouldn’t have known. Check in is at 4 yes, but it’s about being a good host and showing kindness when you can. The room was dirty. The previous guests decided to let their children eat everywhere in this condo apparently. I had to wash the bedding to the children’s beds because it had stains all over it. Fun way to start my vacation - cleaning. But let me remind you the room was done early…the owner knew she had “bad” guests yet the room wasn’t cleaned properly for her next guests that had to bare the burden of the bad ones. And she told me she doesn’t change the quilts that go on top of the beds every guests…gross. Food splattered on the walls, dishes are all so gross, bathroom was bare minimum cleaning as pee from other guests is down on the bottom on the toilet. Kitchen floor was sticky and never cleaned. I vacuumed this condo and it filled half the vacuum up so who knows if it was even vacuumed. now let’s talk DANGER…the dead bolt to the front door is missing so my little one was able to open the door and make a run for it several times. I’m always close by to her so I was watching my child but if you have children you understand how fast they move. NONE of the doors lock!

Great place
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had a great view of the ocean and was close to beach access. It was decorated nicely and was big enough for our family. This was our first visit to Emerald Isle and we will definitely be back.

Beautiful beach
Very nice property, well maintained and clean. Condo had all the amenities we needed for the week. The building and location of the unit was quiet so we all slept well! The walk to the beach is lovely through the dunes and I can’t say I’ve seen a wider beach for many years! We really appreciated the list of recommended restaurants because I do not cook on vacation!

Top 10 vacation!!
This place is absolutely perfect! We loved it from the minute we pulled in. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. It is a family friendly place that offered us a wonderful relaxing vacation. We met others at the pool that live there and others that have been coming to these condos for years. We will definitely be coming back. The owners were wonderful to work with, we didn’t need anything while we were there.

quick getaway
I stayed for a couple days just to getaway to the beach. The property is clean. Furniture is comfortable. Check in process was a breeze. It is walking distance to the beach. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway
We had a wonderful time at this property. The condo was very clean and nicely appointed. The complex was well maintained and quiet. It was perfectly located within a very short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and shops. We struggled a bit with the new Nest thermostat but Amy was available immediately each time to help us out. There is no doubt that the next time we want to stay in Emerald Isle we will look up this place first. I would highly recommend it.
