Such a clean and friendly place to stay. I will definitely add this to my list of favorite hotels in the area.

We booked this hotel so the kids could swim in the morning and we got her at 930pm to find out the pool is broken! No heads up on the website of this at all. That’s literally the only reason we booked with this hotel. So a big let down for my kiddos when they woke up. No discount , no nothing. I told my husband we could’ve just drove home and saved the $160! Also the shower doesn’t drain so the tub is filling as your showering.

All of the staff were helpful and responsive. This was a great place for our class members to stay for our reunion, the breakfast area was a welcoming place to gather and remember our days in Emmetsburg schools.

Asked for a room with a tub. Didn’t get one. Shower only.

Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful.
Especially impressed with Alex who is a very personable and appeared to be a hard working young lady.
Make sure you don't let her leave.
