I liked the pillows. One thing that i would like to see is grab handles on both sides of the tub/shower. I always get in on the back so i don't get my hair wet.

There was some sort of mold/mildew issue in my room. Walking back in to that horrible smell every day was awful and it became hard to breathe at night.

Sorry you felt this way! The staff was very kind to while we watched your dog (Lucy) and cleaned up after Lucy after she went to the bathroom in all hallways. We took care of Lucy behind the desk while you weren’t watching her and she tried to leave with multiple guest. We also let you stay in our hotel for many hours while you waited to rides to different place and even when you checked out and we were waiting for payment from you that you never gave to us. We were all very professional and tolerated a lot from you during your day and half stay where you yelled and called our staff names.

Disappointed
Publié le 30 juin 2024 sur HotelsThe young lady that checked us in was welcoming, and made our initial experience pleasant. We stayed for two day, in a suite with the plan to spend time in the room. Unfortunately, the cable did not work 90% of the time we were at the hotel. The bedding also did not stay on the bed. The AC unit in our room was also not pushing out much cold air. We adjusted the temperature several times. Breakfast was enjoyable, and they did a good job of straightening up our room for our 2nd day. Overall the experience was a disappointment though.

Thank you for the review. I wish you would have came to the desk to say it wasn’t working. We have not had any complaints on the cable. We will look into your room and see if it was some isolated to your room
