The view from the balcony was lovely.
It was an easy walk into Emsworth which has a variety of restaurants and takeaways.
The sun shone for the whole week and there were lots of interesting places to visit.

Publié le 18 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayDidn't really know what to expect but what a lovely surprise. Large comfortable property with everything you would need and more. The views are wonderful both the sea and the wildlife in the ponds. Wish I could have been there longer.

Publié le 27 nov. 2021 sur HomeAwayWell situated to tour all the local estuaries . A warm and comfortable place which was well equipped . Lovely views . Would return again . Only one issue is the internet WiFi via the router kept dropping out or not available so had to use my iPhone for WiFi via 4G .

Cosy and warm with good views.
Publié le 15 déc. 2016 sur HomeAwaySpacious accommodation and plenty of heating. (did manage to turn it down eventually). Take your binoculars to watch all the birds on water beside the property, and the shore which is 2 mins walk away. So quiet as away from all roads, this was November, may be different in summer. Good pub nearby and very good restaurant in the Marina. Hope to visit again.
