Leon the owner is an absolute superstar. So accommodating and can’t do enough. The property itself is beautiful and secluded. Just a short 15 min drive to local amenities and around 25 into Ballarat centre itself.
If I’m ever in the area again, this will be the place.

Lovely quiet location for an overnight getaway. Our host Leon was very helpful, even moving his car out of the garage so we could park our motorbikes in there overnight. The house was spotless with great amenities and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Welcoming & attentive host, couldn’t do enough for us without being intrusive. Very comfortable & spacious accommodation. Generous breakfast with a cuppa at any time. Loved the blazing fire that was kept stoked by Leon day & night. We will recommend to our friends & anyone looking for accommodation in the Ballarat/Enfueld area.

Saw a kangaroo on the property first thing in the morning too so you know it's special!
