BRAND NEW EVERYTHING!!!!! 4 bedrooms and sleeps 10 easily.

Fully completely remodeled. Kitchen, floors, bathrooms, paint and even the roof, everything is brand new. All new furniture. This house is absolutely beautiful. Nice back yard with fire pit and a huge shade tree over the back porch. Great neighborhood very friendly and quiet. Less than 2 miles from the water. Englewood beach is absolutely gorgeous, only a 7 min car ride. If you have a big family like us then you found your vacation spot! Go fishing, eat on the water, beach, downtown ice cream there is so much to do and your right in the middle of it all.

Lots of room!
We loved this home. Newly renovated and spacious. We especially liked that half of the house can be closed off for our visiting guest. We would definitely stay here again.

Centrally Located Beach Area Home
A perfect location for families to visit the Manasota Key area (Englewood Beach). There are an abundant amount of sleeping options in the home with a nice patio space that allows for grilling and outdoor dining. There are plenty of restaurant options and grocery stores (Publix, Winn Dixie, Costco, Walmart etc.) in the area. We had a pleasant visit and the home owner was very attentive to our inquiries.

Das Haus ist für einen Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden perfekt geeignet. Es ist großzügig angelegt, neu, komfortabel und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief problemlos. Zwei Fahrräder wären, auf Grund der Entfernung zum Strand, super gewesen.

Clean and Convenient
This spacious home served as a perfect spot for my home base during a recent rowing clinic. The host was responsive to my needs and everything was clean and tidy. I highly recommend this property. One small thing I would change for myself would be to add additional sources of ambient lighting. I did purchase a couple of lamps to add to the bedroom and living room during my stay but that is just a personal preference thing.

Quiet, clean and spacious.
Everything looked new and modern. I loved how quiet the neighborhood was. It was close enough to the beach and places to eat. The tree/palm in the backyard is magnificent. All in all, we were thrilled with this place.

Great house for large family!
We truly enjoyed our stay here. We are a large family and this place was perfect. Everything has been updated. The kitchen area was very spacious and allowed us to host my extended family who were also vacationing there. The location is perfect- close to the stores and close to the beach but in a quiet neighborhood. I think it took us only 6 minutes to drive to the beach! We had an issue with the air conditioning while we were there and the owners were very quick to respond and get it fixed. My entire family highly recommends staying here!

All New & All Ready!
Let me start off by saying we love Englewood and we are regular VRBOers . This property was very easy to find as well as get in & out of. Inside everything was clean and new. Your basic needs such as silver wear, cups, and pans are supplied in the beautiful open kitchen. There are towels and extra blankets if needed also. The beds all seemed to be new and were comfortable to sleep in. This property was great for us, a family of 6, everyone had plenty of space to relax when were in the home. We were minutes from Manasota Key Beach and from downtown Englewood, while also having a Publix just around the corner. The back porch area is also nice and the lawn is kept up nicely, we spent a lot of time just sitting out on the grass in the evenings. It is a neighborhood with other houses fairly close, but we did not have any issues with noise even on a Holiday weekend. We look forward to returning to this property on our next trip.
