Pat was honest and handled our situation well!
Publié le 28 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwaySo it was immediately after Hurricane Helene. Pat kept us updated as we were on the road to the property. The day before we were to arrive Pat called and said option A was out and option B would have too much water. So she refunded all our money including the VRBO fee. Excellent and honest host.

Publié le 10 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat location. Was clean and comfortable. The only recommendation for improvement would be to get some new pillows. They were very worn and flat. Also, blackout curtains in the bedroom would be wonderful as the red safety-porch lighting wasn’t blocked by the blinds. Definitely a great value though.

Publié le 9 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time - the location, right on the gulf and a short walk in HOA property across the street to lemon bay, was excellent The condo had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and was a nice quiet place to enjoy our stay. We hope to return at some point.

Next time I will book my vacay longer. Once you get there you don't want to even think about leaving! If you're looking for a great Florida beach vacay,book this! I am a Fla native and I rate this 10+

Right on the beach!!
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HomeAwayYou can’t get any closer to the beach!! Very clean and updated. Lots of beach gear to use. Kitchen had everything you need to cook. Bed was comfortable.
The only problems we had was the red outdoor light shining in the bedroom window. There is a window blind but a curtain would do the trick. You can hear the people walking around upstairs so you won’t need an alarm clock. The bathroom could use an exhaust fan as it gets very humid and steamy in there when taking a shower. Still had a wonderful stay!!!

Beach get away!!!!

The only thing I can think of is there was no extra bedding in the closet, as it was stated the description but overall, I would recommend this beach house and will definitely be staying in it again. Absolutely amazing very nice place to stay right on the beach!!!!!
