A getaway from winter
Publié le 2 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I spent 40 nights at this cottage. We had an overall good experience. This quaint old place was clean with the exception of a few ants. The appliances, including air conditioning (and heat) all worked. The unit had some broken blinds in the smaller bedroom. I mentioned this via text to our host Allen when we first arrived. He responded that the property manager Olivia was probably aware. We purchased a shower curtain and tacked it up so our guests had privacy. The road is very loud and busy. And having the water shut off for “non payment” on the 10th day was a shocker. We contacted Allen, Olivia and VRBO and within a few hours, it was back on!
The Englewood and Manasota Key area is a fun place to visit with a beautiful beach and many great restaurants.

We had a great experience hosting Linda & Dan. The communication was pleasant and smooth at all times. We did our best to resolve issues at the property immediately. Also, our house was left in perfect condition. We hope that they will come back in the future!

We had a great time hosting Betty and her guests. Easy-going people, considerate, and respectful of their surroundings. Would gladly host them again and can recommend them to other hosts.

We’ve never had a better experience with a guest. Barb & Rach were communicative, respectful of our property, and an absolute pleasure to host. We would absolutely welcome them back and recommend them to other hosts!

The place was excellent. 5 Stars. It’s was very clean, very nice, and just as it said very close to the beach and restaurants . I look forward to coming back. A great place to stay.
