Transportation to the airport was excellent. Check-in was very good.

The hotel was close to the airport in a nice area. The personnel were excellent. The only problem was a bit of traffic noise at night - not enough to interfere with my sleep.

Our first room wasn’t clean. We showed front desk and they quickly upgraded us. This property is simply just undated and stained wallpaper. Friendly staff made up for it! Breakfast was nice and hot just in season but basic options.

I am sorry about your hotel stay not being great! I am happy to say that we are going to be under renovation for a complete remodel at the end of this month. I do hope you will consider staying with us again. Thank you!

It was very similar to the Hampton Inn we had enjoyed the previous night, which was great. Disappointed that hot chocolate and herbal tea were not available. Sad since we do not drink coffee or regular tea which was available to all. It was available and enjoyed in Bloomington, IL the night before.

Site is worn out; at least our room. Carpeting needs vacuumed throughout. Linens not as plush as years past.
