Better than Advertised
Posted Jun. 25, 2024 on HomeAwayOur stay at the Kozy Kottage was great. It was clean. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The two minute walk to the beach was easy. The beach was fairly quiet when we were there (not many people). The sunsets were great.
The town was nice as well. Tiki Bar and Grille was our favorite place we went back a few times. Locke and Key Restaurant and Farlow on the Water were also good food and service.
We plan to come back to Manasota Key in the future and would definitely stay at the Kozy Kottage if it is available.

Awesome location

Kozy on the Key
Posted Apr. 7, 2024 on HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay at the Kozy Kottsge. It is the perfect, little, couples retreat nestled into a great beach area. Manasota and the surrounding
areas have so much to offer in beaches, recreation and restaurants. After a hot day playing on the beach, you can relax on the lanai in the shade and watch the wildlife in Lemon Bay. The hosts were also some of the nicest we have seen in our travels.

Kozy, as advertised

Perfect clean Kottage!
Posted Mar. 30, 2024 on HomeAwayWe have been to Manasota Key previously and our friends are located north of the property. The "kottage" is perfect for a couple. Clean and conveniently located to all Manasota Key amenities! Communication was excellent.
Look forward to staying again.

Quiet haven

Great place

It's a private beach so there is very little people and we watch incredible sunsets.As a big bonus we also got to watch the sunrise from the kitchen window and the out balcony.We enjoy this place so much.The owners are very nice people also.i highly recommend this place.
