This luxurious villa, built on a very private 3/4 acre lot, sits well back from the road. Mature oak and palm trees line the driveway to this beautiful villa which is a mile from Manasota beach and five minutes drive to major stores and restaurants. Free wireless internet.

The large pool area offers complete privacy and overlooks a small pond and bird preserve. Palm trees to the rear add a special feature. At construction the upgrades throughout to create a luxury standard which is immediately noticeable with faux painted columns and other feature areas. The master and guest suites have king beds.

What a beautiful home. Clean and full of additional items to use at the beach. Loved that it was just down the road from the beautiful Manasota Bearch, kids loved looking for shark teeth. Was able to use the pool which was at 86 degrees. Pleanty of room for the 7 of us. Owner was responsive with all emals and texts. Would strongly recommend this vacation home.

Massive manasota beach house !
Overall this is a wonderful home to relax in with plenty of space ! The description and photos are accurate. The host was very friendly and helpful. Big reflective House numbers on the mailbox would be helpful as arrived in the evening and had a hard time making sure we arrived at the correct home as it is set back from the road. The beach chairs umbrellas and other beach equipment that was provided made the trip to the beach very enjoyable. The heated pool was great !

We had a wonderful stay and loved the house. Gareth was so nice to check on us as the hurricane was approaching and thankfully passed us. We will definitely be staying here again as it is a perfect location and a great house.

Manasota getaway
My wife and I made our yearly return to the Manasota area with our five kids and son-in-law. The house was the perfect central location for traveling between Venice and Englewood. We managed to hit sunsets at five beaches. It’s hard to beat the sunsets at Venice Beach. Manasota Beach is less than 5 minutes away. Be sure to check out Pop’s Sunset Grill at sunset. With the heat, we spent most of our time in the pool. The space was perfect for 8 people to be able to come together or spread out for privacy.

Quick drive to the beach
I thought the notes everywhere were a bit much. The house is nice. The pool was great. You could walk to the beach but I wouldn’t suggest it. No sidewalks and it’s blacktop to walk on. Not a safe walk for kids and you’re walking over the draw bridge and no sidewalks. Parking at the beach is free. Our only big complaint is the house wouldn’t cool past 72. We’re from Ohio and South Carolina and all of us thought it was hot at night. Plenty of room.

The property was perfect for our family (parents and 3 grown children). Close proximity to the beaches for shark tooth hunting or relaxing. Shark hunting supplies in the garage for your use. Pool was a good size for our family and was very peaceful. Inside the house had lots of space for our family to gather for meals, playing cards or just hanging out. The only thing that would have been nice would be some information at the house with restaurant, shopping/grocery store recommendations/options etc. We were able to find these things with a quick search on our phones but recommendations from the locals would hold a lot of weight for the guests. All around a very nice relaxing week for our family.

Nice home but needs a little bit more
The house as far as renovations go was very nice. Where the house was lacking - the matresses were not very good, have smart tvs or roku do guests can stream shows, backyard was overgrown and pool should be cleaned more than once a week. At start of our week (Saturday) pool could have used a cleaning but was not cleaned until Tuesday. By Friday it could have been cleaned again.

Great home!!
Beautiful home in a great location in south Venice area. Close to Manasota beach and blind pass beach, both excellent locations for shark tooth hunting. Pool was at a perfect 87 degrees, the two master en suites work perfect for us having to couples on vaca. Gareth has great communication and responds quickly. The pool area was our relaxing area after a day at the beach then to dinner then for a dip with wine to finish our evenings. Views of our neighbors on either side is restricted and having the Manasota preserve behind the home and looking at nature makes the pool area very private. If you want to visit the area of Sarasota to venice to Englewood and to port charolette, this makes a centrally location.

Great house with so much room. Very well stocked with plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans etc. The pool was kept at a very comfortable temperature the whole time we were there. Only draw back was the outdoor grill. It needs replaced with a NEW grill.

Considering there was a hurricane that had swept Florida the house was very nice, the pool area was a bit of a disaster with netting missing but Gareth worked hard trying to get the pool area back to normal, but we had to wait 4 days for the pool man to come before we could use it. Great stay, amazing beach!
Great stay! House was a quick 1-2 minute drive to Manasota Beach. Beach had free, close parking and plenty of it, restrooms, and picnic areas. You could walk to the beach if you are ambitious but if you plan on taking a lot of beach supplies I wouldn't reccomend it. Plenty of beach supplies at the house, chairs, towels, a cooler, Shark teeth sifters, umbrellas. Only thing I would suggest would be to provide a wagon for carting things across the beach or if you want to walk to the beach, it would be a great help. The beach was clean, and although busy I felt we had plenty of space to ourselves. We found many shark teeth, the beach is amazing, and was the highlight of our trip! The house was as pictured in the listing. Enough basic supplies were provided, the only thing we purchased after arrival was laundry detergent and trash bags. Pool area was clean and lots of seating. Our favorite area of the house! Nice view of the back yard and palm trees, we even saw a small gator in the pond! (never near the house) Pool noodles were available but some are getting old and need replaced. Decor in the house could use some updating, but doesn't take away from the function of the house, and we didn't spend alot of time inside anyway. The house is roomy, plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. Communication with the owner was easy, and he responded promptly to questions. Check in was easy, no problems getting in the house. Neighborhood was quiet. We drove about 10 minutes to south venice for most of our shopping and eating out. A lot of good restaurants in the area. There is a Super Walmart about 6 min drive from the house, where we purchased all of our groceries. Never saw anyone at the house other than someone mowing the yard one afternoon. Over all had a great stay, would reccomend!

Property is essentially what the pictures show. Fantastic layout for 3 couples, each bedroom has their own bathroom. House is large and clean. Pool area is wonderfully large with lots of furniture. This area is showing its wear, floor, screens and cushions need a refresh. House location is ideal, close to beach, golf, and shopping. Communication with home owner was clear & efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

A lovely time
Enjoyed our stay. The house suited us well but did have some minor issues. The owner was quick to respond and fixed the issues in a timely fashion. House could use some decorating updates but we really enjoyed the pool, lanai, and closeness to the beach. Looking forward to returning next year.
