Wonderful beach house

Awesome location

The cottage itself is very nice and remodeled, but it was hard to get comfortable on the hard couch and chair. The bed was also a bit hard as well. I certainly would not recommend it for four people. According to the manger, it is VRBO that takes your $1500 deposit right away when you make the reservation and doesn't return it for two weeks after check out. I would think that was unethical, but I am still waiting for my return.

Hi Sally. We do all our bookings through Vrbo and they handle the payments and deposits. They process the refund 2 weeks after you check out. From our records, you received a full refund two weeks after check out day.

For the most part it was but there was a bed in the way of getting to the bathroom using a walker and the shower floor was very slippery. The toilet was very low but the handle and vanity helped for getting up.

Great Manasota Key location!

Excellent, Well-Appointed Cottage

Kitchen is well equipped for a vacation rental, plenty of cookware, plates and utensils. Location is excellent!! Access to the beach is closer than we had imagined, owner provided chairs and beach towels, if needed. Nearby restaurants were great.

Memorial day weekend
Publié le 7 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayI LUVED IT!!! I took my 2 dogs. the area was so private. I was abke to walk my dogs on the beach. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities I need. The beach is soooo tranquil and private no crowds. Will definitly return!!!
