Welcome to Manasota Key Inn

1 Bedroom Suite with king bed with sleeper sofa. Sleeps 4

Enjoy our comfortable, modern, 1 bedroom with sleeper sofa! You'll love the private beach access right outside your front door, just a few steps down the paved walkway to the sand.

This unit has a bedroom with a king size bed and the living room leather sofa opens up to a queen size bed.

Relax on the large and private patio with gas grill, plenty of seating and table. Spend your day relaxing, fishing, swimming and searching for shells and shark teeth on the beach. Beach chairs and towels are available.

Enjoy free super fast WIFI and free Cable TV.

We are dog friendly, any size! 2 dogs max. At the time of booking, let us know if you are bringing one dog or two dogs along. The fee for one dog is $115. The fee for two dogs is $165.

We hope you'll love our location as much as we do! Being at the beach, hearing the waves while you relax on the patio, enjoying the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever see, in addition to being close to the local restaurants and nightly entertainment make this the perfect getaway.

Manasota Key Inn has three different suites with the choice of this 1 bedroom, a 2 bedroom or another smaller 1 bedroom. Each Suite has their own private patio. There is a laundry room in the common area with free washer and dryer use.

Awesome location
It was a fabulous location and the beach is just a few steps away. The cottage itself is very nice and remodeled, but it was hard to get comfortable on the hard couch and chair. The bed was also a bit hard as well. I certainly would not recommend it for four people. According to the manger, it is VRBO that takes your $1500 deposit right away when you make the reservation and doesn't return it for two weeks after check out. I would think that was unethical, but I am still waiting for my return.

The place was clean and very convenient. It was advertised as handicap accessible. For the most part it was but there was a bed in the way of getting to the bathroom using a walker and the shower floor was very slippery. The toilet was very low but the handle and vanity helped for getting up.

Excellent, Well-Appointed Cottage
The cottage was exactly what we wanted - comfortable, very near to the beach. Kitchen is well equipped for a vacation rental, plenty of cookware, plates and utensils. Location is excellent!! Access to the beach is closer than we had imagined, owner provided chairs and beach towels, if needed. Nearby restaurants were great.

I LUVED IT!!! I took my 2 dogs. the area was so private. I was abke to walk my dogs on the beach. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities I need. The beach is soooo tranquil and private no crowds. Will definitly return!!!

Loved the old Florida Beach Cottage charm. Cottage was smartly decorated, cozy, with updated modern appliances. Private back area was great for grilling and listening to music. Best feature was a 200ft walk to miles of beautiful Gulf beach. Very close to Restaurants. Had an exceptional stay.

The rental was perfect for our beach vacation! The location and proximity to the beach were ideal. The unit was adorable, clean, and well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach chairs, and linens. As an added bonus, the private backyard was great for grilling out and dining.

Great location steps from the beach. The interior is updated and comfortable. Private outside patio with table and chairs was perfect for hanging out. Host was very communicative both on check in (which was super easy) and immediately messaged when it was discovered that we left an item behind when checking out. We didn’t cook here as family lives in condos across the lane so can’t comment on kitchen equipment but we did use the oven as an overflow for Christmas dinner. We have already reserved for our next visit!

Location and Beach was excellent. Cottage met our expectation! Owner communication and amenities listed vs what was available were disappointing. Beach chairs were old RUSTED junk and when we inquired we were told new ones had been purchase but they we being used by another cottage. (Owner did state I could go buy chairs). Beach towel were actually (1) thread bear towel. this is an excellent place with great potential but these short comings stand out.

Great location
The best thing about this unit is the proximity to the beach. The unit itself is pretty good. The only real complaint we had was the bed. The mattress is as hard as sleeping on concrete. Then they have a plastic mattress pad over it so we sweated all night every night. Also they need to make sure whoever is cleaning it is leaving enough supplies. One and a half rolls of toilet paper for 1 week?? No extra trash bags. And the frying pans have seen better days.

We absolutely loved our vacation. Me and my 2 boys stayed in unit 2 and my friend, her fiance, and son stayed in unit 1. I got to see both units and they were so cute. Mine was clean, had everything i needed, and host was great. This location was perfect. The walk to the beach was so close and easy. This is close to so many things. There were restaurants, cute fish market, parasailing, boat rentals, and more. It wasnt crowded or super touristy. We adore Englewood and the manasota key. 10/10 recommended. This little gem is a perfect rental for a vacation

The condo was in a great location to walk to the beach. Everything was clean and in working order. My family rented the condos on either side from us. This made our stay very convenient. We love the area and hope to go back next year.
