Nice get away from the tourist traffic!
Posted Feb. 27, 2024 on HomeAwayGreat location! The Key has only one road with very light traffic. The beach is not crowded and you only have to walk across the street to get to the beach. The kids had fun in the heated pool. Good size for kids, but not for a lap swim workout. There are some restaurants close by with live music less than a half mile away. Easy access to sidewalks to walk up and down the Key. Grocery stores - Publix, Winn Dixie and Walmart are on the main drag about 3-4 miles away. This place had all the kitchen items we needed, beach stuff and kayaks!

Stay at Mojito
Posted Feb. 1, 2024 on HomeAwayWe enjoyed our first stay on Manasota Key. The area is beautiful and quaint. The cottage was adorable and perfect for what we needed. Loved the close proximity to the ocean and the beach chairs and cooler offered for use. Easy check-in and checkout process. Appreciate the cottage being stocked, especially the coffee and toiletries.

Wonderful

Adorable, extremely clean and in a great location. We had a wonderful time that wasn't long enough. I highly recommend this little gem.

Perfect quiet Florida island spot
Posted Jan. 20, 2024 on HomeAwayVery clean, well-maintained, small but very functional 2 bedroom cottage. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to beach. Kayaks for protected bay. Good bars/restaurants and bike rental about a 15 minute walk. Well managed.

Beach Getaway
Posted Oct. 23, 2023 on HomeAwayI stayed at Villa Mojito with my daughter and husband. We wanted a quick getaway close to walk on the beach and enjoy restaurants. The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing couple of days. It was clean and a very quiet neighborhood. We walked a couple of minutes to the beach about an hour before sunset and easily found sharks teeth on the shore. We look forward to going back.
