Battery in for died so front desk had to open it manually had no other rooms to move is to but had it fixed promptly

Okay stay
Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThere was no hand soap in my room. I had to use body wash my whole stay which felt gross. There was no soundproofing of the rooms either. I could hear people showering as I walked down the hallway. There was a large gap between the door and the floor as well which did not help with sound. It made it feel not very secure or private.

TV was difficult to use. It takes 2 remotes to turn on the TW and change channels. This was after staff working 30 minutes to set up the TV. Once I turned of the TV I was unable to use the the set again without contacting the front desk so I did without the service for the morning. TV system for this hotel is unsatisfactory. I will stay elsewhere next trip to Enid
