The condition of this hotel was awful, the room smelled like cigarettes (we asked for non-smoking) and mold. The sheets on both beds were so grossly stained, that we didn't even bother to look at the bathroom before walking out to request a refund.
The manager wasn't there at the time and the receptionist claimed she couldn't process a refund without him. So we left to find a new hotel and asked them to have the manager contact us the next day. The manager called and said they had refunded our stay to Expedia, unfortunately, this turned out to be a lie, they never did send the refund, and would not speak with an Expedia customer care agent after we called them to ask about it. So, I would stay away from this property, especially if you're traveling with children. It was completely subpar and frankly, I was amazed that Expedia would do business with an establishment of such a poor quality. The price was certainly cheap as far as hotels go, but I will most certainly stay away from Ramada's from now on. Also, I may not be pre-paying for my hotels in advance after this experience.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was fairly clean but there were some dead roaches in the desk and some live ones scurrying around the desk. I don’t blame that on the housekeeping though. That is an underlying issue that the property management needs to address.

The pool was nice and the staff was responsive but if you don’t care about those things stay at motel 6 and save some bucks.

The free breakfast was just a choice between pancakes & either sausage or bacon, and a sandwich (presumably a breakfast sandwich) with either sausage or bacon.
I had bed bugs. The ice machine was broken. The attendant at checkin was minimally helpful, although the attendant at checkout was very helpful. The janitorial staff we also helpful.

False advertisement. We went to enjoy a nice breakfast when the clerk advised me it was close. That the cooks were not there and she did not know when they would arrive. Granted they call it a Restaurant. I don’t know what Restaurant opens whenever they want. Also the clerk seemed clueless of the whole situation she had no answer to none of my questions. So if you go in hopes to enjoy a breakfast might as well make plans to go somewhere else and pay extra.
