Bezug der Unterkunft war nicht möglich
Publié le 2 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayAm vereinbarten Zeitpunkt war der Park geschlossen und das Ferienhaus nicht erreichbar. Trotz Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war dies auch nach einer weiteren Stunde nicht möglich. Das Ersatzhaus an einem anderen Ort war weit unter der gebuchten Kategorie und somit keine wirkliche Alternative und am Pfingstsonntag um 19 Uhr gab es auch keine weitere Möglichkeit kurzfristig eine passende Unterkunft zu finden. Also wieder 700 km nach Hause gefahren…. Bisher ist es mir schleierhaft warum kein Ersatzschlüssel vorhanden war um in das Ferienhaus zu kommen. In Summe 1.400 km und 16 Stunden Fahrzeit für nichts …..

We are still very sorry that you could not enter the house instant. Within 15 minutes we were able to arrange an other house a few minutes away from the original booked house. In that house were possibilities to fresh up after your journey and perhaps eat diner. At that time we were very busy to arrange that you could go to the original booked house. Within 15 minutes after arrive in the temporary house you decide not to stay a bit longer and wanted to go home. Cause of a family emergy of the reception employee, there was no one available to let you in. We choose this solution, all with purpose that you could enjoy Holland. We regret that you made no time to wait for an other solution. At that moment i could not tell you, at what time an other collegae was ready at the reception to let you in. We are very glas that the family matter has had a positive outcome, that made us realize even more how valuable our life is, and we always do our best for our visitors. Beside all those sad curcomstances, we instant paid back your payment, even before you checked out. We feel sorry you feel like this.
