We were very disappointed in our room. We were there for 3nights and never had room service come to us. I had to go to the front desk to get more towels. Our keys didn't work and, Also the microwave in our room caught on fire. I wouldn't stay there again.

Dear Guest, We are sorry your stay was not up to your standards. We did replace the microwave..we have never had one catch on fire, and are still not sure what happened. We usually do room service every other day unless you have do not disturb up when housekeeping goes past your room. Again we apologize your stay was not to the quality we expect.

ABSOLUTELY NEVER AGAIN

We initially walked in the room and noted a horrible wet/mildew smell. The room felt damp. The red chair in the room was dirty and we didn’t even want to put our clothes on it in fear of what may get on them. The first night was awful. Bed was hard and miserable and since room felt “damp” there was not way to sleep well. We paid for 3 days. After second night we went to desk to turn in keys. We let them know we were leaving a day early because it was so uncomfortable and all we got was an “OK”. They didn’t care one bit that we were miserable because they got their money.

We needed a quick overnight on the way to our destination. This room was comfortable, quiet and perfect for a night's sleep. Doors are outdoor entrance. The room was clean, beds comfy. The breakfast was a hot breakfast, eggs, sausage, pancakes, as well as cold cereal, oatmeal, muffins and coffee. Would stay again
