Publié le 23 déc. 2023 sur HotelsStaff looked fed up. Checkin was slow and when I said was to attend funeral, no basic condolences given. Other staff in restaurant not really on the ball. I tried to get attention to buy another bottle of wine but gave up after staff walked past twice. Breakfast staff excellent and food also excellent. Promote your breakfast staff to train and supervise other staff and you will get 5 stars. Hotel is clean and comfortable but rooms too hot and no thermostat which is strange. Overall 3 stars plus.

fantastic rooms with good facilities. Great Spa and the food was great.
