Nice hotel in the city center.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay in Enniskillen. Hotel was an easy walk into the city center. Room was quiet, clean and well appointed.

LOVELY CONVENIENT BOUTIQUE HOTEL

We were welcomed so well by the girls at Reception. They were pleasant and helpful. Room was a good size, comfortable and clean. We had al most everything we needed. Spotless. Excellent black out curtains. Tea, coffee, water and biscuits provided. Good breakfast and Jacqui, who is in charge, is amazing - SO helpful and friendly. 4 small negative points: 1. The window was completely opaque - not pleasant☹️ We presume the view must have been undesirable but we would still have preferred transparent glass. 2. No body wash convenient to the bath!! 3. There were quite a few stains on the underside of the duvet cover - not good. 4. Food in the Bar area in the evening was mediocre. I had a fish cake and I would have needed a magnifying glass to find any fish supposedly pink trout???

Poor interior design . Walls ,decor ,carpets dated. Room size good, bed good. Breakfast ok but seriously overpriced. Altogether an adequate 3 star rating.

Great in some ways, otherwise disappointing

Most of the staff were lovely and helpful. One guy didn’t know the answer to a basic question. But the sheets were dirty, as were the cutlery and coffee cup at breakfast. Also, the shampoo and shower gel were empty when I arrived and wanted a shower. Nobody on reception so I had to go looking for a staff member to find shower products. Shame these wee things let down what is otherwise a good hotel with good staff

Terrific hotel

Loved this hotel! Great staff, service, food and very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the entertainment in the lounge and very convenient to the town centre. We will definitely be back!!

Very clean and warm hotel, the staff are amazing, the hotel is just a very short walk to all the local bars and restaurants.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the town and its hospitality and retail facilities. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
