Great Beach Spot
Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwaylocation is amazing. there were lots of comments about the directions yet they are EASY. so dont worry. but dont use GPS per owners recommendation which I trust. Philip stayed in touch with us throughout our stay , checking in which was very nice. Owner recommendation for quick local groceries was great. yes, bring bug spray and if needed go to a pharmacy and get Gelmicin which helps.

Great sunsets
Publié le 5 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe’ve been to punta banda multiple times. We love it and keep coming back. Beautiful beach as your backyard. Pods of dolphins in the morning while sipping coffee, beautiful sunsets in the evening. All day boogie boarding for my kids.
House is spacious. Owners have great communication. Though, Come prepared with bug spray. unfortunately my teenage boys were eaten up by mosquitos. Other than that, our stay was great!

Beautiful front beach house

Arrived during daylight since it is a little complicated to get there and see the exits.

Propane heating a challenge! Perfect for summer stay...

Beach is far from clean.

We are sorry you chose to leave. The propane heaters are safe and the latest models with oxygen sensors. There also was a wood fireplace that would heat the entire house We also supplied an additional electric space heater. This is the coldest and windiest winter we have had here locally, since the 1980's. As far as the beach being clean. You were there during the King Tides that are very rare and were all over the west coast, not just in Punta Banda. They were bringing up much more seaweed a flotsam. We are very sorry that it didn't work ou for you.

Cozy house on the beach just beautiful
