Très bon accueil malgré l'heure tardive d'arrivée . Le petit déjeuner était excellent et le personnel très avenant. Je retournerais volontiers dans cet hôtel .

Insectes dans la chambre. Pas de papier hygiénique. Pas de savon. Aucun accueil. Pas de réception à l'aéroport alors que signale dans la publicité. En conclusion : Nul, à fuir...

Interesting location in Entebbe

The hotel had engaged a driver to pick us up from the airport and he was there despite the fact that the 'plane was delayed which we appreciated - interesting vehicle but it went. Hotel was not what we expected as it had no ac and the rooms were airless and stuffy and when we got there there was no power. The most helpful person was the driver who took us to the Zoological Park (well worth an visit) and then suggested where we ate supper (really good food and fab view of Lake Victoria) and picked us up afterwards. Overall disappointed in the hotel as it looked nothing like the 'photo on Expedia.

Not Happy!

Management failed to provide staff that I needed transportation from airport. There was no hot water. There was only one cable channel. The electricity was turn off during the day.

Bed was uncomfortable, no hot water as advertised, the hotel was much farther from the airport than other similarly priced hotels, and the other guests in the hotel were loud all night.

Emplacement : it was in the middle of a slum with lots of poor houses and dogs and cats and un employed people

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff

This is my go-to hotel to stay in when I am passing through Entebbe. Staff here are very accommodating. They will pick you up at the airport free of charge, and drop you off. Hot water is abundant and the breakfast is great. I highly recommend Thames!
