Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis cabin is exactly as it appears in the pictures. It is close enough to town to get there quickly but removed enough to have peace and quiet, even on a holiday week. This is a perfect place to escape to!

Wallowas 2024
Publié le 27 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayVery enjoyable - clean, easy to find, beautiful scenery - and above all, QUIET! Well stocked with kitchen supplies, music, books. Close to the sights of Joseph, Wallowa Lake, the barn tour... We did not get a chance to meet our hosts, Anette & Nils, but had plenty of cyber conversation. Would definitely recommend for a Wallowas getaway.

Privacy and Peace Minutes from Wallowa Lake
Publié le 15 août 2023 sur HomeAwayAnette and Nils’ cabin is a beautifully designed home away from home. It is in a rural area and yet minutes from Enterprise, Joseph and Wallowa Lake. Extremely quiet at night with a comfy bed that put us to sleep instantly. High quality linens and towels, huge library of books and private back area to pet Skandi and Baldor, the doggies, and watch the horses wander around the pasture. The Wallowas are literally right there, gorgeous!

Beautiful views, well appointed and nicely laid out spaces. Loved seeing horses grazing in pasture nearby. Great location to access trails and nearby towns.

Just far enough off the beaten track that you feel there is no boundary between the sweet cabin and the inspiring beauty that surrounds you. The dogs are not just friendly, they contribute to the joy of the environment. One heads up--during summertime the sun rises around 5 a.m., so you may want to bring a sleep mask.
