Tay at Maxbe Hotel, Enugu, Nigeria

My stay was not good at all. I had to cancel the days I was staying there and move to another hotel. Overall customer service and professionalism was below standards. Food left a lot to be desired after long hours of waiting. Food quality and service poor. Lack of crucial items in the rooms. Took very long and after numerous reminders to get service and issues resolved. It was a very bad experience.

New hotel but requires better management

Pour : New building, mostly good quality furnishing and fittings
Contre : Management
Emplacement : Location is quiet, close to the governor's residence. Enugu is a small town and most things are nearby.
The hotel is new and some of the fittings are quite good. But the bath towels are already very old, the floor towel was ripped, the internet service was unreliable and the selection of TV channels was poor.
