This cozy, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental house in Ephraim is nestled in the heartland of Door County. The cottage-style house offers spectacular views of Eagle Harbor, the marina, and the Ephraim Yacht Club from both the front porch and the large windows in the sun room! Up to 8 guests can spend days exploring everything Door County has to offer, and evenings relaxing on the back patio and barbequing delicious meats and veggies on the gas grill.

Wake up each morning and sip your coffee as you watch the sailboats in tranquillity. You won't be disappointed with the views during your stay!

After a day on the lake or exploring all Door County has to offer, kick back and relax in the living room or sunroom and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen cable TV. This is also the perfect time of day to use the wireless internet access to browse your favorite websites.

There's no need to leave your home-away-from-home when hunger strikes. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make delicious meals for your whole travel group!

For an al fresco cooking and dining experience, head out to the back patio and use the gas grill to prepare a barbecue meal for your travel group!

You're sure to sleep well in any of the comfortable beds in the house. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom boasts a comfy queen bed. Two guests will sleep comfortably in the third bedroom, which has a pair of twin beds, and additional guests in your group can sleep on either of the queen-sized sleeper sofas in the sunroom.

The cottage is nestled across the street from beautiful Lake Michigan and the bluffs of Penninsula State Park. Walk across the street to spend sunny days at the beach, or rent a boat for a day of fun on the lake.

Door County is noted for its diverse music, art galleries, and theaters. Rain or shine, there is always something to do! You'll enjoy plenty of swimming, boating, fishing, biking, golfing, hiking, eating or just relaxing. There is never enough time to fulfill everything you would like to do while visiting Door County. You'll find yourself wanting to come back again and again!

If you get tired of cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, take a short walk to dine at any of the fabulous restaurants and get dessert at Wilson's ice cream parlor. You won't want to miss out on the Post Office Restaurant, famously noted for the oldest and most renowned fish boil.

The Anderson Dock Museum and Art Gallery is a must see! It's noted for its great fishing right off the dock, so don't forget your fishing pole!

Wonderful vacation with friends in your great home!
We had a wonderful time in your lovely home! We loved the location of your house. We looked out over the lake from the front porch and sunroom. Location was convenient for walking to town and restaurants. Property was extremely clean. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Spacious, Beautiful, Memorable
Spacious property comfortably accommodated our large family with ample lodging, spacious kitchen, and private off-street parking with beautiful views of the bay. Well-maintained vintage details with a few modern amenities including central air as well as tile walk-in shower and front load washer and dryer in the master bath made our stay even more enjoyable. All made even easier by responsive communication from the owner. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated and maintained home! The location of the house is great and we watched the sunsets from the Anderson Dock every night. When I had an issue with the back door it was fixed within the hour and the owner was very responsive and easy to reach. I would recommend this house to others!

Idyllic
This location is perfect for enjoying the immediate area on foot, or for going either direction by car to visit the rest of the towns. Our family of 6 adults were comfortable, had a lot of fun, and greatly enjoyed the Eagle Harbor scenery from the porch of this beautiful cottage. The kitchen was well appointed, and the outdoor grill was in good working order. There was enough space for everyone to either be together or have a little private space as needed. We were blessed with beautiful weather during our entire stay, so were out and about most of the time enjoying as much of Door County as we could possibly squeeze in. But this place sure was a nice, comfortable place to come “home” to at the end of the day.

Great rental in Door County!
The house is so charming — tastefully decorated, well equipped and the view is wonderful. Short walk to the restaurants and shops of Ephraim. Short drive to Sister Bay and Fish Creek. Will definitely be back!

Very clean with a water view!
My sisters and their husbands had a great week in this home. So comfortable and fast response from the owner when we had a question. We were so lucky that the weather was perfect. Cold at first so the fireplace (with all the wood we could possibly use) was a wonderful way to sit and catch up with each other. We checked out several galleries, the men played golf, we tasted wine and as the week went on, it warmed up and the cherry trees burst out in full bloom! We really liked sitting on the porch early in the morning drinking coffee and viewing the activity on the water. Highly recommend this lovely home!

Comfortable stay in cottage- good location, nicely furnished, plenty of space. Kitchen well stocked- only thing missing was dish soap which was probably an oversight. The sunroom (not air-conditioned)faces west and got very warm, even with the cool weather. Always amazes me that these rentals are typically short on one thing- clothes hangers. C'mon, a pack of 50 cost around $10. No wire hangers, please!!!

Amazing place!
This house was perfect for our family to gather together. We had 7 people and everyone had a nice space to sleep. The bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of towels. I loved having the ability to wash some towels and clothing while went were there. The kitchen was clean and spacious and full of everything we needed. The location was perfect. It wasn’t far to drive anywhere. Would definitely stay again.

Great house and location. House was just as described, and then some. Comfortable bed and luxury bedding. 2 living areas which was a great set up for 2 families. We definitely made ourselves at home using the fireplace, grill, and front yard. Location made it easy to come and go. I only wish Ephraim had a sidewalk! We would definitely come back. Thanks!

Our family of 4 stayed here over Labor Day weekend, and had a lovely time. The cottage is just as nice as the photos, well appointed with all of the comforts we needed. Location was quiet even though it is close to the main road, and you can easily walk into Ephraim. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location!
Lovely, well equipped home in great location. Very clean and comfortable. In spite of a wonderful stay, there are two points with mentioning. The first, we did have a minor issue upon arrival, we tried to no avail to contact the owner, we never received a return call or message. The second, the sun room was not air conditioned and became quite warm in June, not sure it would be comfortable sleeping in warm weather. Overall, a good experience and we would consider renting again in the cooler weather.

Great New Year’s Getaway!
We had a terrific time in this cozy rental for New Year’s. Everything was as pictured. Beds were very comfortable. Wood burning fireplace was a treat. Kitchen was well stocked to make meals in. Our kids were thrilled with the strong WiFi! Smart TV’s allowed us to binge on movies and have a relaxing time. It was very comfortable for our family of 5. We will definitely rent again!
