The location of the Willow Creek Inn is very convenient. It's a very short short drive from the freeway exit. There are restaurants nearby including a Chinese restaurant right across the street.
The property is clean and the staff were very friendly.
The property could use some updating, but was comfortable.
There was a problem with the internet when we tried to check in causing us and some other guests to have to return 15-20 minutes later to check in. The desk clerk was nice and apologized for the delayed check in.
We were traveling with our dog, and had requested a pet friendly room a few days before our arrival. The room was in good condition especially being a pet friendly room. There is a grassy area behind the hotel for dogs to take care of their business. There are also poop bags and a waste receptacle to dispose them in. The grass was in good condition considering that dogs go potty out there frequently.
They have a very nice hot tub. The water was clean and there was plenty of seating available. There were pool towels available with a laundry basket to drop them into after use.
We enjoyed our stay!

The pool is just a little tiny one and the whirl pool I never saw it. The beds were way hard I was there for 2 nights and didn't hardly sl6as they were too uncomfortable

Hi, we do Not have a pool. we do have an outside hot tub. Beds soft or hard are so hard to get right for everyone. Thanks for your feedback.

This property was in excellent condition and a perfect place to stop for the night. The breakfast was better than "continental", so it started our day very nicely. We would definitely stay here again if in this area.

1. The young man at reception was knowledgeable and pleasant. He was probably a college student and a native english speaker. 2. Our room was close to the front and on the ground floor. 3. The room was super clean. It lacked the filthy carpet that most places favor. Tile floors were clean. 4. Beds were very comfortable. 5. Bathroom was especially clean. 6. Breakfast was reasonable-good choices-some cold some hot. Plenty to get the day started. The breakfast room was kept clean and orderly by a cheerful grandmother type lady. We will stay there again.
