This is a beautiful pet friendly hotel/location! More & more people are traveling with their furbabies & it is nice to find pet friendly locations.

Despite Expedia selling me on a room the sleeps 5 that actually doesn’t exist on the property at all…. My stay was fantastic. The customer service was top tier. I travel a lot for our AAU basketball organization and I needed a room that sleeps 5-6. Due to an error by Expedia we got stuck with a regular 2 queen room. The manager at the time switched our room to a huge 2 queen room and brought us a pull out bed at no extra charge. The room was clean, house keepers were great and although we didn’t need them they still asked if we needed anything throughout our stay. Breakfast was included with lots of options from confetti waffles to fruits, yogurts, cereal, oatmeal , bagels and toast. The staff helping at breakfast were super friendly and chatty! We had a great stay!

Never Again in Ephrata
Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HotelsHaving spent 3 weeks a month for 8 years on the road, this room is by far in my top 5 of Worst Rooms! The view was the back of a wall which is over the from of the hotel. The AC kept us up all night turning turning on and off. About the only thing good was breakfast. However, even that didn't have orang juice.
