Lovely welcome, room adequate, no telly or wifi in room. It did feel 'out of season' and the menu reflected this as in not all available. Very quiet too which we liked. The surrounding area is very run down with a lot of rubbish laying around. The breakfast was lovely and generous. Murat particularly took excellent care of us but other staff lovely and helpful too. Visit Erdek its really worth it..lovely fishing town a km along the road.

Rooms were extremely dirty including walls and there was no lock both on balcony and main door. Had to exit and book another hotel nearby before the initial checkout. Had the worst experience ever. Think million times to book there!!

Sevimli bir mekan
Otel keyifliydi, çalışanlar oldukça güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi, özellikle restoran kısmındaki çalışanlar çok nezaketliydi. Hava soğuk olduğu için denize giremedik ama deniz harika görünüyordu. Oda biraz soğuktu geceleri biraz üşüdük, bide banyo temizdi fakat çok ıslak bırakılmıştı o sebeple de biraz koku geliyordu. Onun dışında kahvaltı da belki biraz saha çeşit olabilirdi. Diğer her şey gayet keyifliydi.

Mükemmel bir haftasonu geçirdik Temizlik, hizmet, çalışanların güleryüzlülüğü , mekanın şık ve konforlu olmasından yemeklerinin lezzetine kadar herşey harikaydı. Otelden dışarı çıkma ihtiyacı bile duymadık her anı güzeldi. Personelleri gerçekten çok yardımcı olan ve güleryüzlü bir ekip. Gece yapılan fasıl, bar ve eğlence kısımları da çok güzeldi. Yemekleri için şeflere ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Bir sonraki seyahat planlarıma tekrar dahil olacak bir yer . Çift olarak gittik çok memnun kaldık aynı şekilde grup olarak da çok ama çok eğleneceğiniz bir yer . Fiyatları da söylemeden geçemeyeceğim , yeterli bir seviyede fiyat skalası var. Herkese çok teşekkür ederim,

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Anlage. Würde sagen der Strandabschnitt war der schönste vor Ort. Das Essen war lecker. Applaus an den Koch. Was mich gestört hat war, dass ich Halbpension gebucht habe und es hieß, dass wir a la cart bestellen können. Dem war nicht so. Es gab immer ein festes Menü, das man nehmen musste. Einer von uns hat nie an den Abendessen teilgenommen, weil ihm die Gerichte nicht zugesagt haben und Alternativen immer bezahlt werden mussten. Also nichts für Vegetarier… Außerdem hätte das Menü vor Ort sogar weniger gekostet als das was ich im Voraus als Zuschlag bezahlt habe. Das hat mich sehr geärgert. Zudem musste Wasser außerhalb des Essen bezahlt werden, obwohl in der Buchung stand dass Wasser kostenlos ist. Die Kellner waren sehr überfordert und man musste sie mehrmals daran erinnern, dass noch etwas fehlt. Die Zimmer sind altbacken. Ist ok, wenn es wenigstens sauber gewesen wäre. Die Handtücher und Decken waren bei Anreise total verdreckt und teilweise feucht. Die Wände der Zimmer sind voller toter Mücken. Diese sollten wenigstens vor Anreise neuer Gäste geputzt werden. Die Dusche war leider total verschmutzt. Das Licht in unserem Flur zum Zimmer ging nicht und wurde auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht repariert. Auch die Balkontüren ließen sich nicht in allen Zimmern schließen. In einem Zimmer fehlte sogar die Fernbedienung zur Klimaanlage, sodass man aufs Bett klettern musste im diesen ein oder auszuschalten… Also außen Top, innen Flop…

Merhaba , genel olarak hizmetten memnun kaldık.Özellikle günbatımı restorandaki servis yapan arkadaşlar çok ilgiliydiler.Yemekler güzeldi.Denizde temizdi.Tek sorun sık yapılmayan temizlikti.
