Property Manager Is amazing

Safety concerns

Not what we thought!
Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house needed many updates and microwave and oven not working. Kitchen not stocked very well with utensils and towels and dish rags. Could have used better toilet paper. The house in some rooms looked like it was falling apart.
Over all we would not return to the house or neighbor hood. Sorry, but I needed to be honest.
Property manager, Chris was wonderful though.

Publié le 28 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time at this location. Very good and amenable for its age, and greta value for the amount of space. The property manager is kind, reasonable, and helpful. The location is easily walkable to the nightlife of Erie and that was a great bonus to us.

Beautiful Old Victorian
Publié le 8 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house is listed as a mansion. It did not meet my impression of a mansion. It is beautif on the inside but needs some updates. The space for the kids and all the different areas was great. The grounds were under repair and there was no private outdoor space. We did not realize, but there was no bathtub.
The property manager was wonderful.
