Slow front desk services. But, the room had a fridge and microwave which made our stay easier and very convenient.

Sink not draining, was broken, tv didnt had any channels, no internet on tv (no netflix or other apps), cover sheet was dirty, floors in room were so dirty and staff unhelpful. Breakfast was good, a/c functioning well and no bad smell.

The room was not supplied with enough washcloths for the whole group. There were not enough glasses in our room. The hotel looked new on the outside but there were minimal upgrades. The person working the desk could not help with any restaurant recommendations especially for a person with food allergies.

Unclean!!!

The people were nice and tried to help but didn’t do a very good job cleaning. Our first room they gave us had not been cleaned at all. The beds were still messed up and dirty towels in the bathroom, floor had coffee or pop spilled all over etc… the 2nd room they gave us the floors were very dirty. They came up and mopped around the toilet where someone had pee splatter on the floor but the carpet had not been vacuumed and had multiple dirty spots that needed spot cleaned. I walked in my bare feet through the room and the bottom of my feet turned black. I had to wash my feet before I could put shoes on. The Kleenex box was empty, the shower curtain was moldy. It was overall not a clean place.

Teri was very pleasant at check in. Also had an issue with our toilet and tv remote, which she quickly took care of. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The rooms were ok clean but the bathrooms could have used a very deep cleaning on the floor and the bathtub needs replacing.
