Disappointed

The hotel staff was very nice, and the location is great. But the hotel even though not very old, is more run down than I expected. There were some homeless/unsavory characters loitering outside and in the lobby for a long time and it didn't feel the most secure. Also, we were put into an ADA compliant room when we didn't request one which just isn't ideal. The one TV looked like someone had thrown something at it as it was pretty cracked on the top left side of it.

bad timing!
Publié le 31 juill. 2024 sur Hotelsagents were very kind ,helpful, & accommodating. hotel was short staffed which is why we had no towels & the room was a bit unkept. The hotel has gone downhill som since last stay; plus the pool was taken over by rude people (a group of 30ish people that stared & didnt want us there) playing loud rap music. It was bad, had to leave & lots of running & noise above us late night from same group
I do like this hotel & the employees, we just got a bad night
